frequently Asked Questions

How long have you been in the wedding planning industry?

Well, I have always had a passion for creating an ambiance and an eye for detail my whole life. I then attended the U.S. Career Institute in 2012 and got certified in event and wedding coordinating. Soon after, I launched my own event and wedding coordination business and have been in business ever since.

On average, how many clients do you have each year?

Here at Events by Ari we treat our clients like the special individuals that they are. Every event is so special and unique that we want to accommodate the best we can. It honestly varies on the season. Our winters tend to be a little bit slower as opposed to popular wedding months. Nevertheless, there are only 4 weekends in a month and that’s usually when most of our clients get married, so we work on a first come first serve basis when booking. Depending on the time of the year, we usually do anywhere between 1 and 3 a month. We do sometimes have weddings on the same weekend but we never overbook/overlap. We have done weddings as large as 300 guests to something on more of an intimate scale of 50. We have an amazing team and we can assure you we give each of our clients the most outstanding service and the one on one attention you deserve.

How accessible are you from the moment I book with you?

Although we enjoy speaking to each of our clients via phone, for effective communication, we prefer corresponding via email to ensure a clear understanding of any questions, comments or concerns that our clients may have. However, we're also available via text, scheduled phone, Skype and Facetime calls.

When do we actually begin working together after we book?

Our ‘it’s your day’ package was designed for that DIY hands on client(s) and wants to be very involved in her planning process. Since you plan on doing a lot of the prep work and just need us to take over where you left off/leading up to your special day. After our free initial consultation, aka our meet and greet, we have already begun working together. We discuss the logistics of your day, like your design/layout, timeline, we provide you with a vendor list if needed, etc. So much more that can be discussed better in detail if and when we meet. I will add a link below so you can have an idea of everything the package includes.

Our Total Package is designed for that couple that may need a little more assistance with the planning process. We are there from the very beginning of the process. We can help with budgets, a timeline, location tours, securing all vendors, etc. We make sure that the design of the wedding is exactly what you are looking for, and that no detail is missed. We will have unlimited emails and text messages, phone calls throughout the process.

What does my wedding weekend look like to you? (accessibility at wedding, other clients booked during my wedding weekend, etc.)

The best way I can describe your wedding day/weekend is that we are there to alleviate any stress or work off of you and your loved ones. We care for our clients immediately after getting to know them. We want your day to go off without a hitch, smooth and effortlessly. We contact all your vendors 2 weeks prior to the event to introduce ourselves and to get better acquainted. After all, our main goal is to work side by side and to make sure your wedding is a memorable one. We conduct your wedding rehearsal and the day of the event I am always accessible. Not to mention, I have two assistant coordinators that will also be there on your big day to assist.

How much do you charge?

Each package varies depending on the complexity of the event. Take a look at our starting prices on the link below
