The most gratifying part of being a wedding planner, are the kind words that you receive from the couple after you have successfully brought their vision to reality and making sure that everything went off without a hitch. Whether they are emails, phone calls, or handwritten notes, the kind words from my clients make my heart swell with so much joy and constantly reminds me of why I chose wedding planning as my profession.

Planning a wedding is no joke, but to do it alone is even that much harder! I'm so thankful that we choose Events by Ari! After a stressful 5 months of trying to plan on our own we decided that we needed Ariana and her staff. They have the best attention to detail and when she tells you that they are there for the Bride and Groom she really means it! Where do I even begin.... We hired Ari and her team for day of coordinating for our recent wedding in Temecula on 8-29. All my husband and I were concerned with and expecting was someone to help us out with our day of timeline, coordinating and organization of our day. When I say that Ariana and her team blew us away with her service, care, professionalism, attention to detail.... it does not even begin to do her justice. From the time we met, to the pre-wedding meetings, rehearsal and dinner to our actual wedding day Ariana went above and beyond the call of duty. I was no bridezilla :), but her staff was basically waiting on me and my wedding party hand and foot, without us even asking. The weather was about 100 degrees, and there was never a moment that we didn't have a cold bottle of water in our hands, a snack to keep us energized, keeping us on time with our timeline of events.. I mean the list goes on and on and on. I heard nothing but compliments from all of our wedding party and our guests. At the end of the night, saying good bye to Ari, I was in tears because the day was so absolutely perfect and her team deserves all the credit for it. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I would definitely recommend Ari and her team to anyone looking for her services. Although all of her staff was amazing, I want to give an extra special mention to one of Ari's staff members Lauren. She handled the day so graciously, even with having to clean up a couple messes ;). Ari, thank you so so much for making our dream wedding come true. We love you like family

Awesome service! Great job! Got everything in order with short notice, made sure that we were happy and that everything we wanted/needed was taken care of. Rehearsal was awesome and it was made sure that I got everything I wanted (order of bridal party) the way I wanted it and had great suggestions. During the actual ceremony it was made sure that everything flowed smoothly and even though we had a hiccup last minute with a bridesmaid showing up late, Events by Ari kept everything flowing and was able to roll with the punches! If there was one thing I can recommend for any bride-to-be on her big day, I say this...BOOK Events by Ari for your special day or any event. This is a Coordinator that is incredibly professional, warm-hearted, and most importantly on point with everything. She met with me and my husband months before our big day at our venue to get insight on our vision, e-mailed and or called us to clarify every aspect of the event that you easily could forget about. Never did I feel stressed, thankfully Ariana addressed each detail, called every vendor, her presence was known and so appreciated. On our wedding day November 7th, 2014, I walked into our venue in Riverside, CA to see Ariana and her superior staff execute my wedding vision to perfection the décor, window and ceiling treatment beautiful. Our reception was relaxed, our guests welcomed and directed, every part of the event stayed on schedule because of this wonderful woman and her staff. This is what you need for your event, because my husband and I got to enjoy the reason for our special day, with no worries just love and so many memories. I wish you could be in my life every day Ari, haha!
